quiet room large bed polite staff great location

the hotel features a quiet room with a supremely large bed. the hotel is beautiful and clean, offering a cozy environment. staff members are polite and helpful (especially at the reception). the location is great, with access to nearby attractions.

The staff ensured i felt welcomed. I also appreciated the fast resolution of my request for extra towels. the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness in all areas, and the concierge was always available to assist with directions.

The location is good, near a park and some cultural attractions.

The room looked worn. The furniture seemed old and the bathroom needed updates. At this price point, I really expect more attention to detail.

quality selection ideal location long queue hard pillow

the staff were polite. the breakfast had a quality selection of food (especially the croissants). the hotel is well placed for the gemaldegalerie and the resistance centre.

i found it impossible to reach anyone by calling from the room. even in person, a visit required about 10-15 minutes of waiting in the queue. the pillows were thick and hard (not comfortable at all).

The breakfast buffet offered a great selection. I found eggs, omelettes, pancakes, fruit, pastries, meats, and cheese there. The hotel made it easy to get Ubers to all the key sightseeing spots.

My room had zero electrical outlets for guest use. The bathroom also lacked available outlets. I found this ridiculous.

diverse buffet quiet floor spacious room

The staff welcomed ME with sincere kindness. The breakfast buffet was diverse and plentiful. I secured a great room on a quiet floor. It gifted me a peaceful sanctuary. The room size were very spacious for a european hotel.

The elevators did have some fingerprints. That was just a little bit noticeable.
